Benson has been a Magistrate for 11 years. He was admitted to bar in 2003, practised in Mombasa under various law firms for 4 years, worked as State Counsel in the Civil Litigation department of the Attorney General’s Chamber for one year. He is a member of the LSK and Institute of Certified Secretaries of Kenya.

Speciality: Banking Law, Corporate Law, Commercial & Insurance Litigation, Lands Law, Constitutional Law and Dispute Resolution

Charles Mulandi

Charles was admitted to the bar in 2018. He is a fully Certified public accountant and a member of the ICPAK

Speciality: An expert tax consultant, specializes in corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, banking, finance law and procurement litigation.

Lucy V. Mwendwa

Lucy was admitted to the bar in 2015. She joined the firm from an insurance company where she had been working as a legal officer in the claims department since her bar admission.

Speciality: Insurance & Commercial litigation.

Victor Tito

Victor was admitted to the bar in 2019. He is a part-time lecturer in commercial and corporate law at the School of Professional Studies at KCA University.

Speciality: General commercial litigation, legal research and dispute resolution.
